Lemon and Raspberry Cupcakes

 I baked these Lemon and Raspberry cupcakes for my friends baby shower

 

I used 2 different pinks to make the roses look more realistic.

 

 

To add something extra to the overall look of the cupcakes, I decided to make rose buds.

 

I baked raspberry and lemon cupcakes.

Lemon and Raspberry muffins
115g Butter
115g Caster Sugar

2 eggs, beaten
115g Self Raising Flour
Rind of 1 Lemon
1tbsp Lemon Curd
100g Raspberries
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Beat butter and sugar together till fluffy and then gradually add the beaten eggs.
Sift the flour and fold into the mixture, then fold in the other ingredients.
Spoon into 10 muffin/ large cupcakes cases and bake for 20min.

Vanilla frosting.
250g icing sugar - you might need to add more to thicken for the piping
80g unsalted butter, at room temperature
25ml whole milk
a couple of drops of vanilla extract

Artwork Designed and Painted for a Wedding

The first image is the design that I designed on the computer,

which I could then paint from.

The second image are the final finished canvases.

I designed the artwork to fit over 4 Canvases

which were then hand painted. The Artwork stretched nearly 4m long

and was designed to be eye catching and pull the colour scheme

of the Wedding together.

At the end the guests could help themselves to a piece of artwork to take home.

Personalised Wedding Stationary

This Wedding Stationary was designed with the client in mind.

They are a musically gifted couple who met in an orchestra.

One plays the basoon and the other the violin.

I specially designed these wedding invites to suit their personal

tastes and had then professionally printed in a coral pink.

Personalised Wedding Stationary

This Wedding stationary has been designed for a Navy and White/ Ivory themed wedding. 

The stationary has all been personalised to the couple.

The invitations, information cards, menu cards and place name cards are designed all to match and flow together.  The design I've chosen brings nature and a victorian feel, while still being modern.

It's kept simple yet elegant.  Navy envelopes where bought and written out with a white pen.
